Part-Time Property Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

  Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
  Hours: 9:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday (With flexible hours/days possible)
  Holidays: 30 days per year

  We are a family-run business with a strong foundation in traditional farming, located just outside Aylesbury. Our operations include supplying grain to international brands and producing high-quality livestock under rigorous welfare standards. In addition to our farming activities, we manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, as well as offering flexible storage solutions to our customers.

  The Role:
  We are looking for an experienced and organized Part-Time Property Manager to take charge of our diverse property portfolio. This role focuses solely on property management, with responsibilities ranging from tenant relations to property maintenance and lease management.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 11 commercial and 7 residential properties, managing all aspects of property lettings including rents, rates, and tenant changeovers.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors for property maintenance, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Handle tenant relations, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining a positive rapport with all tenants.
  • Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Manage storage unit leases.

• SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong organizational skills with a background in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and contractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A love for rural environments is a plus.
  • Due to the location, a car is essential.
