  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
    Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
    Holidays: 30 days per year

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, supplying grain to international brands and producing top-tier livestock under stringent welfare standards. Beyond farming, we have diversified our operations to include property management, offering both commercial and residential lettings, as well as storage units on flexible lease terms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage 11 commercial and 7 residential properties, including handling rents, rates, changeovers, and maintenance.
    • Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance work, ensuring that all buildings are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.
    • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, call handling, and gatekeeping.
    • Engage with a wide range of customers, from potential new clients to existing tenants, ensuring excellent service and communication.
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Strong organizational skills, with experience in residential property management or a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face, with a bright and engaging personality.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • A love for rural environments is a plus, as is the ability to commute to our offices
    • Due to the location, a car is essential.
