Salary - £25,000 - £27,000 Location - Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire Position - Administrator / Account Coordinator

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Providing Administrtaive support to a growing, fun and dynamic company based in Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire 

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Daily communication with clients to coordinate events from initial inquiry to execution.
    • Comprehending market trends and client preferences to tailor services accordingly.
    • Handling a high volume of information through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and other platforms.
    • Collaborating with Account Managers to create quotes, presentations, and gain insight into budgeting and profitability.
    • Coordinating and overseeing event logistics, including equipment arrangements, transportation booking, and accommodation sourcing.
    • Daily communications with internal departments, finance, warehouse, and safety team.
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Strong administrative experience
    • Catering/event experience is an advantage
    • Computer literate able to use Microsoft packages
    • Great communication skills
    • Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle
